Hotel Costa Real - La Serena

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on a bustling intersection with easy access to everything we needed. The room was clean and updated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area. The swimming pool and garden area were a great bonus for relaxation. this place had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Best Stay in Central location. I spent a few days for a business trip in this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the freshly cooked breakfast, which included a range of hot and cold options. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and friendly, making check-in very smooth. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance to most of the local attractions. the Wi-Fi worked exceptionally well, which was important for my work needs.

Worst Soundproofing Issue. The only negative factor I encountered during my stay was the noise issue.

Clean and comfortable room with good bed, pillow, and fan. The staff was professional, nice, and helpful, especially Carlo. the bar had a nice atmosphere and good food. This hotel has a convenient location, close to the centre of town and within easy walking distance of the bus terminal.

Good Location, Nice Breakfast This hotel is well located, close to everything you might want to see in the city. the breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of options that were well prepared and delicious. the room was clean and tidy upon arrival, which was much appreciated.

Poor Soundproofing, Unhelpful Staff Unfortunately, the hotel suffers from poor soundproofing, meaning that you might be kept up at night by noises from the street outside. the staff were largely unhelpful and sometimes downright unfriendly, which was disappointing.

Our hotel location was top, notch, right in front of the sea with a breathtaking view. We were just outside the hustle and bustle of the main centre, but we could easily walk to the heart of the city or the nearby Ripley department store. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the service was superb, and the staff was always on, hand to help us with anything we needed. the complimentary breakfast buffet was delightful, with fresh bread, yogurt, fruits, and eggs. We loved the pool area and the full bar available on, site.

The traffic from the nearby intersection could be heard sometimes and was mildly disruptive.
